Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Agent on the Vacation Sales Travel Team to engage the public as a brand ambassador for TNL, presenting vacation club options and inviting guests to attend a timeshare presentation.

The role involves face-to-face conversations, qualifying potential customers, and guiding them through mini vacation packages while meeting company policies. Travel 100% outside home site area as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; general computer skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication; able to work in a team.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to purchase a mini vacation package including a timeshare presentation.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales of vacation packages and collect payment.
• Attend training sessions and meetings; stay updated on marketing information and industry trends; set and review performance goals.
• Travel 100% outside home site area, including weekends and overnight stays.
