Responsibilities include answering questions about properties, following up on referrals, fulfilling requests for pricing and maps, and developing business opportunities with Owners.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening may be required.
• Active Real Estate License where required by law.
• One-year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities; provide recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests on pricing, maps, descriptions, location info, and portfolio details.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote promotions or opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support timely follow-ups.
