Hyatt Vacation Ownership is looking for a Sales Executive Trainee in Truckee, California. In this role, you will assist Owners and guests with inquiries and create memorable vacation experiences. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred one-year related experience in sales or customer service.
• Maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Owners with questions regarding properties and amenities.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests for pricing, property maps, and descriptions.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote upcoming offers.
• Maintain records of customer interactions for effective follow-up.
