Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Background and drug screening may be required.
• Active Real Estate License required where mandated by law.
• One year of related sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities and make recommendations based on Owner profiles.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and inform them of upcoming promotions to develop opportunities.
• Develop and maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.
