Hyatt Vacation Ownership seeks a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners/guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation memories. You will respond to questions, provide recommendations, and support promotions while building lasting relationships in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License where required by law.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and location amenities, and make recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, promote promotions, and develop business opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up.

Real Estate License (active where required by law)
