Hyatt Vacation Ownership is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to assist Owners and guests with experiences and events, driving memorable vacation moments in a collaborative, guest‑focused environment.

The role requires a real estate license where mandated, a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, and at least one year of related experience preferred. Commitments to safety and quality are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience preferred.
• Active Real Estate License required where mandated by law.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owners' questions about property use and location amenities and provide recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals and leads from Owners.
• Fulfill pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information requests.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote promotions and opportunities.
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support timely follow-up.
• Greet guests, interact professionally, and contribute to team goals.
• Adhere to Hyatt policies and safety procedures.
