Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to help Owners and guests create memorable vacation experiences and events, supporting meaningful moments made together.

You will answer questions about properties, follow up on referrals, provide pricing and maps, and nurture relationships to develop new business opportunities. Availability on weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• One-year related experience preferred.
• Active Real Estate License may be required by law.
• Background and drug screening may be required.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner information.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, promote upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.
