Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Sales Executive Trainee in Newport Beach to assist Owners/guests with experiences and events, driving memorable vacation memories. You will answer questions, provide recommendations, and support promotions, while maintaining records and building relationships.

Flex schedule including weekends/holidays is required. A professional Real Estate License where mandated by law and related experience are preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One-year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding property use and amenities; provide recommendations.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests regarding pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations, and portfolio information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and promote upcoming promotions.
• Develop and maintain records of customer contacts to support follow-up opportunities.
• Greet guests professionally and contribute to team goals while following company policies.
