Job summary

Capital Vacations is hiring elite in-house closers to sell vacation ownership face-to-face at Kahana Falls.

On-island role; weekends and holidays required. Earn up to 18% commission with weekly payout and full benefits. Realistic earnings from top reps reach $150K–$300K+ annually, with low hurdles and fast payout.

Qualifications

• Proven closer mentality; experience in timeshare/high-ticket sales is a plus.
• Comfortable asking for the sale consistently.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
