Evolve is seeking a Vacation Rental Advisor (Inside Sales Rep) to convert inbound homeowner inquiries into trusted partnerships. You will qualify leads, provide consultative guidance on our services, and guide owners through the sign-up process for an Evolve partnership.

This role emphasizes strong communication, pipeline management in Salesforce and Salesloft, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales experience.
• Proven phone-based selling success.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive lead conversion.
• Adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage time and priorities.
• Goal-oriented, competitive mentality.
• Strong work ethic.
• Available to work Monday-Friday in Mountain Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• Qualify a pipeline of marketing-generated leads.
• Provide a consultative, end-to-end selling experience for homeowners from warm, inbound inquiries.
• Hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly productivity expectations (30-50 contacts per day).
• Guide homeowners towards choosing Evolve and manage an active sales pipeline.
• Handle objections and explain our value, services, and policies.
• Manage sales activities within Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Participate in regular training and skill sessions.
• Collaborate closely with peers to optimize sales strategies and elevate performance.
