Evolve is seeking a Vacation Rental Advisor (Inside Sales Rep) in the United States to consult with homeowners, explain our services, and guide them toward a profitable Evolve partnership. In this quota-driven role, you will manage a robust inbound pipeline, hit targets, and collaborate with peers to optimize sales strategies.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Proven phone-based selling success is a plus.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Qualify a pipeline of marketing-generated leads.
• Provide consultative, end-to-end selling for inbound inquiries from homeowners.
• Hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly productivity targets (30–50 contacts/day).
• Guide homeowners toward choosing Evolve and manage the sales pipeline.
• Handle objections and explain our value, services, and policies.
• Manage activities in Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Participate in regular training and collaborate to optimize strategies.
