Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Vacation Rental Advisor Team Manager to lead a 9–12 person sales team, coaching at the individual level, running team activities, and monitoring metrics with Salesforce and Sisense. You will elevate the team’s sign-up and activation numbers, pursue aggressive goals, and support career growth to ensure meaningful development for each teammate.

This role offers a base salary of $90,000-$105,000 with uncapped monthly commissions and an on-target earnings target of 60% of annual

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales or relevant experience.
• 2+ years in managing or coaching.
• Sales experience with Evolve is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach individuals with reviews, metrics, and development guidance.
• Lead team meetings and huddles to improve sales skills and processes.
• Measure performance metrics using Salesforce and Sisense.
• Motivate the team with contests and engagement activities.
• Occasional sales involvement to close deals.
• Collaborate with other teams to drive performance.
