Job summary

VTrips is seeking a motivated Sales Executive (Owner Acquisitions) to drive growth by acquiring new property owners for our vacation rental portfolio. You will conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships with owners while collaborating with Marketing on sales strategies.

The role offers a base annual rate of $50,000 plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing vacation rental provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in vacation rental or real estate.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential property owners through outreach, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure new listings.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
