Jackson Mountain Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN seeks a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring new property owners for our vacation rental portfolio. You will present, negotiate, and close contracts with owners while building lasting relationships.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus commissions and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in vacation rental/real estate.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
