Qualifications

• Must possess a current and active real estate license at time of hire.
• Candidate must be willing and able to obtain a notary commission upon employment, if not already licensed as a notary.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing of sales documents.
• Focus on quality, accuracy, productivity and motivate associates with effective feedback and tracking.
• Review paperwork discrepancies with Sales Executive/Manager and ensure proper contract details.
• Review loan applications and financial documents with customers to ensure complete and accurate submissions.
