Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive in Myrtle Beach, SC to help deliver memorable vacation experiences and uphold service standards.

A typical day includes reviewing sales documents, ensuring accuracy, guiding the Sales team, and assisting owners with pricing, maps, and portfolio information.

Flex scheduling including weekends/holidays; may require background and drug screening; physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs; equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Assure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales.
• Focus on quality, accuracy, productivity and associate motivation with emphasis on monitoring consistency, effective feedback, and accurate tracking.
• Review paperwork discrepancies or deficiencies with the Sales Executive and/or Sales Manager.
• Review details of contracts with customers.
• Thoroughly review loan applications and financial documents with the customer and ensure proper completion.
• Leverage resources for providing service to guests and Owners in an effective manner.
• Fulfill requests from Owners regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.

As a Quality Assurance Executive, a typical day will include:

• Assure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales.

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others . Support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Quality Assurance Executive:

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
