You will build and maintain a buyer base, present properties and financing options, guide owners through the contract process, and coordinate follow-up activities to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Active Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One-year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer base by following up on referrals and leads.
• Present properties and explain ownership options to prospects.
• Process sales contracts and ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Maintain post-sale relationships to drive reloads and referrals.
• Coordinate follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and timely closings.
