Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Coordinator Marketing Linkage to assist in delivering memorable experiences to Owners and guests. You will engage with guests at desk locations, schedule sales presentations, and help exceed sales and volume goals while maintaining high service standards.

Successful candidates bring sales or customer service experience, enjoy interacting with guests, and can work flexible weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hotel guests at desk locations and providing elevated customer service.
• Scheduling sales presentations and managing customer expectations.
• Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
• Ensures that all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
• Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
