Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in sales, hospitality, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
• Active Real Estate License or Timeshare Registration required where mandated by law.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build customer base by developing self-generated business and engaging local community.
• Deliver engaging presentations in a sales environment and close deals.
• Onboard and coach sales staff; manage on-floor performance and daily operations.
• Maintain brand integrity and provide exceptional guest experiences.
