Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales professional to establish rapport with prospective owners, present vacation ownership benefits, and contribute to sales in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

You will conduct in-person presentations at our resort sales centers, close deals, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and market trends. A real estate/timeshare license or ability to obtain one is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must have applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Initial Paid Training covering our sales process, product knowledge, and the psychology of the sale.

Aufgaben

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners and articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Meet minimum performance goals and participate in regular performance reviews.
