Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to present luxury vacation ownership opportunities to prospective and current owners at our resort-focused sales centers.

You will help articulate benefits, close transactions, and contribute to a high-energy, customer-centric environment. Requirements include up to 3 years in sales/marketing, ability to obtain a real estate/timeshare license, and strong objection-handling and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must have real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Present engaging sales presentations to prospective/ current owners in our sales centers.
• Generate sales through proper closing techniques and transactions.
• Attend ongoing training and stay current on sales information and industry trends.
• Travel is limited to the home site area; maintain performance goals and participate in performance reviews.
