Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a driven sales professional to establish rapport with prospects and present the benefits of vacation ownership. You will conduct high-energy, in-person sales presentations at resort centers and close transactions using proven techniques.

Requirements include 1–3 years in sales/marketing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain real estate and/or timeshare licensing if needed. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards and have valid real estate and/or timeshare license or ability to obtain one.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Initial paid training covers sales process, product knowledge, and sales psychology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations in sales centers at resort locations.
• Find commonality with prospects and articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing sales and career training; meet performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Keep current on sales information, materials, and industry trends.
