Job summary

A reputable IT services company in Virginia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist with a large IT program for the Department of Veteran Affairs. The ideal candidate will have a Technical Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in imaging and installing computer equipment. Responsibilities include deploying and setting up IT equipment at various locations while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in imaging and installing computer equipment.
• Must have personal transportation available during work hours.
• Experience with troubleshooting systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, image, and set up PCs, laptops, and other equipment.
