• Process VA enrollment certifications, amendments, and terminations in the VA Enrollment Manager system.
• Serve as primary contact for veteran students regarding certifications, enrollment changes, and VA education benefits.
• Maintain confidential student information with integrity and discretion.
• Collaborate with Primary SCO of Record and other university departments to support certification processes.
