Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or one year of experience in a secondary school service department
• Experience certifying VA benefits and/or financial aid knowledge a plus, but will train an otherwise qualified candidate

Responsibilities

• Process and manage VA education benefits paperwork per Federal/State guidelines
• Calculate and certify VA education benefits for military students and dependents
• Assist students and parents via inbound/outbound calls, e-mail, and in-person visits
• Adhere to Full Sail University policies and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain attendance standards and perform other duties as assigned
