Job summary

Sentinel Health Services in the United States is seeking dentists to perform VA Compensation and Pension (C&P) dental examinations for veterans. Examinations occur at approved dental offices with suitable equipment and internet access.You must own a commercial dental office, hold an active DDS or DMD license, have malpractice and liability insurance, and be available 1–3 days per week with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD license active in the state of practice.
• Active, unrestricted dental license.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Must own a commercial dental office (not home-based).
• Must carry malpractice and commercial liability insurance for the practice location.

Responsibilities

• Perform VA Compensation and Pension (C&P) Dental Examinations for veterans.
• Conduct dental, TMJ, and other disability examinations.
• Complete Independent Medical Opinions (IMOs) when requested.
• Review digital medical and dental records thoroughly.
• Prepare comprehensive oral and dental evaluations for disability claims.
• Review imaging and supporting documentation as needed.
• Complete VA Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) and documentation.
• Submit information via a secure online portal for VA review.
