Sentinel Health Services seeks licensed dentists to perform VA Compensation and Pension dental examinations. This contract role requires owning a dental office, active licensure, and 1+ year of dental or VA exam experience.

Flexible schedule with 1–3 days per week, in-office exams at approved locations, and independent contractor setup. Candidates should have CODA/ADA accreditation, malpractice insurance, and willingness to work within a 50-mile radius of the job location in Maryland.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in the practicing state.
• Minimum one year of dental experience or VA examination experience preferred.
• Independent contractor status (1099) with own dental office and malpractice insurance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and multiple days per month.

Responsabilités

• Perform VA Compensation and Pension (C&P) dental examinations for veterans.
• Conduct dental, TMJ and other disability-related examinations as assigned.
• Complete Independent Medical Opinions (IMOs) when requested.
• Review digital dental records and diagnostic imaging for accuracy.
• Prepare and submit VA DBQs and examination documentation.
• Work at approved dental offices with reliable internet access; 1–3 days per week minimum.

Formation

Doctorate degree from CODA of the American Dental Association (ADA)
