Qualifications

• Experience with VA programs and benefits processing.
• Ability to interpret VA regulations and advise students.

Responsibilities

• Certify enrollment for eligible Veteran Education Benefits.
• Coordinate with Registrar, Financial Aid and Student Accounts.
• Interact with students via phone, email, chat to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate VA documentation and compliance.
• Attend VA-related trainings and meetings.
