Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Certifies enrollments and reports status changes in Enrollment Manager.
• Counsels students on eligibility.
• Supports student-centered programs and initiatives.
• Identifies and resolves veteran- and dependent-specific issues.
• Primary point of contact for VA benefits.
• Maintains accurate and compliant VA student records.
• Monitors academic progress, GPA, enrollment, and financial aid to prevent overpayments.
• Verifies and reconciles documentation between student information systems and Enrollment Manager.
• Prepares compliance reports and verifies GI Bill payments prior to posting.
