National University is seeking a School Certifying Official to guide students through Veterans Education Benefits, certify enrollments with VA, and liaise with campus teams. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional customer service while staying compliant with regulations.

The SCO will interact with veterans, civilian and military students, and family members, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring proper documentation and timely processing of certifications

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent work experience considered.
• Minimum two years in SCO, VEB specialist, financial aid, or student-facing role preferred.
• Experience with VA Once and higher education compliance is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Advise students on Veteran Education Benefits and certify enrollment statuses.
• Process VA certifications with Registrar, Financial Aid, and Student Accounts.
• Communicate with students via phone, email, text, and chat; resolve issues and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and university policies.
