This role blends UX writing, content strategy, AI-enabled design, and product thinking to shape content experiences across Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Vids and Pics. The ideal candidate has a robust portfolio, strong command of terminology, and a track record delivering scalable content systems within enterprise software environments.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showing UX writing, IA, content strategy and product thinking.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or large consumer products.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, microcopy, user flows and content systems.
• Experience developing scalable content frameworks and terminology standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop UX content, product copy, and content strategies for Workspace products.
• Define product terminology, taxonomy, naming systems, and scalable content frameworks.
• Create user-centered experiences across onboarding, feature launches, and error states.
• Design content strategies for AI-powered and multimodal experiences involving text, voice and visuals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to guide product direction.
• Establish governance and consistency across multiple product teams.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive user experiences.

• Experience developing taxonomies, terminology standards, and scalable content frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI-assisted product experiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and influence product decisions.
• Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills.
