The Judge Group seeks a UX Writer & AI Content Strategist for a high-impact contract role spanning our productivity and creation tools. You’ll shape how users author, organize, and present information while enabling AI as a core capability across multi-surface ecosystems.

You will define content systems, naming taxonomies, and end-to-end flows, ensuring a clear product voice and robust UX across prompts, responses, and error states. A seasoned product thinker is essential.

We are seeking a UX Writer & AI Content Strategist to join our team for a high-impact contract role across our core suite of productivity and creation tools. This position sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems design, and next-generation authoring software.

We need a seasoned product thinker who deeply understands how users author, analyze, organize, and present information—and who knows how to leverage artificial intelligence as a foundational capability to solve genuine workflow challenges across multi-surface software ecosystems.

• Define conceptual frameworks, naming architectures, and end-to-end task flows.
• Map the evolution of traditional productivity software into dynamic, modular AI platforms without disrupting legacy user workflows.
• Structure system prompts, interaction heuristics (managing latency, ambiguity, and revision loops), and multimodal feedback frameworks spanning text, voice, and visual outputs.
• Design intuitive UX patterns for AI confidence levels, non-deterministic states, and human-in-the-loop editing.

3. Ecosystem Governance & Executive Alignment

• Build consensus and align strategy with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Design leadership.

4. Core Craft & Product Voice

• Champion a clear, concise, and human product voice across high-visibility UI strings, onboarding flows, zero-states, and complex error-handling scenarios.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8+ Years of Experience: Proven track record leading UX writing or product content strategy for complex enterprise or consumer SaaS platforms.
• Pragmatic AI Fluency: Deep, hands-on understanding of designing user interfaces powered by machine learning, generative models, and LLM integration.
• Systems & Taxonomy Architecture: Demonstrated ability to build product hierarchies, terminology glossaries, and scalable UI content systems across multi-product ecosystems.
• High-Caliber Writing Craft: Exceptional execution in interface copy, information architecture, microcopy, and component-level guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across large product organizations.
