Global Technology giant in New York is seeking an experienced UX Writer & Content Strategist to support a complex suite of digital productivity tools. This role blends UX writing, content strategy, product thinking, systems design, and AI to create clear, scalable user experiences across surfaces.

You will develop content strategies, master taxonomies, and actionable wording for onboarding, microcopy, and error messages.

Formación

• 8+ years in UX writing, content design or product content strategy.
• Experience with complex enterprise or consumer software.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and LLM-driven products.
• Expertise in information architecture, taxonomy, and content systems.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop UX content strategies, naming systems, taxonomies, and end-to-end user flows.
• Create clear interface copy, microcopy, onboarding, and error messaging.
• Design content frameworks for AI/ML and LLM-powered experiences.
• Translate research and business needs into scalable UX solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Design, Marketing, and Legal teams to align product experiences.
• Establish consistent UX writing standards and accessibility practices across products.
• Use prototypes and UX methodologies to advance product vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop UX content strategies, product narratives, naming systems, taxonomies, and end-to-end user flows.
• Create clear, concise interface copy, microcopy, onboarding experiences, and error messaging.
• Design content frameworks and interaction patterns for AI/ML and LLM-powered experiences, including uncertainty, revision, and multimodal interactions.
• Translate user research, product data, and business needs into scalable UX solutions.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Design, Marketing, and Legal teams to align product experiences.
• Establish consistent UX writing standards, terminology, accessibility practices, and content systems across multiple products.
• Use prototypes, frameworks, and UX methodologies to communicate and advance product vision.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product content strategy.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise or consumer software products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and LLM-driven product experiences.
• Expertise in UX writing, information architecture, taxonomy, content systems, and user-centered design.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
