You will blend UX strategy, visual design, and data-driven decision-making with cross-functional partners to deliver accessible, conversion-focused journeys.

Design wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity visuals while upholding accessibility standards and design systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience in design.
• 3–5 years of UX or product design experience, ideally in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, systems thinking, and measurable impact.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and familiarity with CMS platforms like AEM.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling, user-centered web experiences that support marketing objectives and drive engagement.
• Create responsive page designs, landing pages, and digital experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Apply UX best practices, user research insights, and data to improve usability and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketers, content strategists, developers, product partners, and other designers to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate journeys and intent.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across digital properties.
• Leverage analytics and A/B testing to optimize web experiences.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and brand guidelines for consistency.
• Present concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
