The role emphasizes AI-enabled tooling, content shaping, and design systems collaboration, with remote-friendly options. You will balance customer needs with business goals in a fast-moving environment, contributing to experience strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product/UX/Interaction design or related field.
• Portfolio showing customer-centered design with measurable impact from concept through launch.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers through the product lifecycle.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, with curiosity about AI.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end customer and associate experiences across web, mobile, and emerging channels.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content partners to solve customer problems.
• Conduct and apply customer research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback.
• Shape content and messaging within experiences when appropriate.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, ideation, prototyping, and content development.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design systems, patterns, and best practices.
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver solutions.
