Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex property-management workflows into simple, delightful experiences. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineers to design dashboards, guest communications, and AI-powered interactions for operators, guests and teams.

You’ll shape every touchpoint from onboarding to bookings, build a scalable design system, and collaborate with product and engineering to ship polished interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or complex workflows.
• Strong Figma skills: auto layout, components, design systems, prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition through to prototypes and final interfaces.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers to account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early, gather feedback and iterate after launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.
