Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to transform complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences for property managers, operators and guests. You’ll design dashboards, AI interactions, onboarding flows and guest journeys, working closely with founders and engineers.

You’ll build reusable components, create landing pages and ensure designs translate into production, shaping the platform as it grows with a strong emphasis on usability and visual quality.

Qualifications

• Proven UX thinking and strong visual design skills.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards and complex workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem framing through prototypes and final interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and production-ready designs.
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Run user research, gather feedback and iterate on designs post-launch.
• Contribute to design system and reusable components.
