Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to transform complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences for property managers, operators and guests. You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to design products from the ground up.

You’ll shape dashboards, bookings, guest communications, and AI agent interactions, build a cohesive design system, and craft landing pages and launch visuals to communicate value.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own design from discovery through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with operators and engineers to understand workflows and constraints.
• Translate complex requirements into clear user journeys and wireframes.
• Work with engineers to deliver data-driven, production-ready designs.
• Test ideas early, iterate based on feedback and post-launch learnings.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.
