Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences. You’ll work directly with founders and engineers to design products for property managers, operations teams and guests.

Our scope includes dashboards for reservations, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance, plus AI-driven interactions and a cohesive design system. You’ll own the design process end-to-end and ship polished interfaces with the team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Strong Figma skills, including design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information and work with engineers to production.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes and final interfaces.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Turn complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers to account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and iterate after launch.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.
• Identify problems and drive them through to completion.
