Job summary

Base360.ai is seeking an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex property-management workflows into simple, elegant experiences. You’ll work with founders and engineers to shape dashboards, guest communications, bookings, cleaning, maintenance and finance.

You’ll design end-to-end user journeys from onboarding to direct bookings, and contribute to a unified design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards or complex workflows.
• Excellent typography, spacing, hierarchy and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own design from discovery to prototypes, interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and teams to understand workflows and pain points.
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers to account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early, iterate on feedback and refine post-launch experiences.
• Use AI tools to speed exploration while keeping high design standards.
• Identify problems and drive solutions to completion.
