Job summary

Base360.ai in Los Angeles is seeking a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences for property managers, guests and operators. You’ll design dashboards, onboarding flows, AI agent interfaces and a coherent design system, collaborating directly with the founders and engineers.

You’ll own the design from problem definition through prototypes to production, translating tough requirements into clear journeys and polished interfaces for SaaS

Qualifications

• Showcase a strong portfolio with UX thinking and visual design across SaaS products.
• Experience designing dashboards or complex workflows.
• Proficient in Figma, auto layout, components and prototyping.
• Ability to simplify complex information while preserving needed detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the design process from problem definition to final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Translate user needs into clear journeys, wireframes and polished UI.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and data-aware designs.
• Test ideas early, iterate based on feedback and post-launch improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to speed exploration while upholding design standards.
