Job summary

Base360.ai seeks a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to convert complex property-management operations into simple, beautiful experiences for operators, guests and teams. You will shape every touchpoint—from dashboards to onboarding, AI interactions and marketing visuals—and own the design process from research to final interfaces.

You'll partner with the founders and engineers to craft reusable components, design systems and scalable workflows for a fast-growing platform in the short-term

Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Strong Figma skills, including auto layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through to prototypes and final interfaces.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand how they work and where they struggle.
• Turn complex requirements into clear user journeys, wireframes and polished interfaces.
• Work closely with engineers to deliver designs that account for real data and constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback and improve experiences after launch.
