Job summary

Base360.ai seeks a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operations into simple, beautiful experiences for property managers, operational teams and guests. You’ll collaborate with founders and engineers to design dashboards, AI interactions and onboarding flows that scale across the platform.

You’ll own end-to-end design from problem framing to prototyping, working across reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, and finance to deliver cohesive experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards or complex workflows.
• Excellent command of typography, spacing and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition through prototyping and handoff.
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys and wireframes.
• Collaborate with engineers to account for data, edge cases and constraints.
• Test ideas early and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design quality.
