The role requires at least 3 years in UX research within digital media, strong analytical and communication skills, and a solid grasp of accessibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of UX research experience in digital media.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret behavioral data and identify patterns.
• Exceptional communication skills to present findings clearly and persuasively.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to inform product decisions.
• Develop research strategies aligned with business goals and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define research questions.
• Lead usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights and guidance for design and product direction.
• Create research reports, personas, and journey maps.
