Job summary

The Learning Experience Designer at MTA Headquarters will design, develop, and maintain engaging digital learning experiences that support employee development and organizational performance. This role blends instructional design, visual design, multimedia development, and learning technology to produce interactive eLearning courses and assets.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with brand, accessibility, and usability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, Education, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, learning experience design, educational technology, multimedia development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive eLearning courses, digital learning experiences, simulations, videos, and performance support resources.
• Apply principles of visual design, UX, and adult learning to create engaging and accessible learning solutions.
• Translate learning objectives and storyboards into polished, high-quality digital products.
• Create and edit graphics, illustrations, animations, audio, and video assets that enhance the learner experience.
• Design intuitive navigation, interactions, and learning activities that promote engagement and knowledge retention.
