Job summary

FastTek Global in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking a User Experience Designer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale learning experiences that build AI fluency and accelerate adoption of Microsoft Copilot.

You will translate complex technology into practical, role-based training for a global workforce of 150,000+ employees, facilitate sessions for teams and leaders, and connect training to broader change plans and readiness outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering training and change enablement strategies for a large, global enterprise.
Strong instructional design and UX capabilities with the ability to translate tech into practical training.
Experience using Adobe Suite and learning analytics to measure impact.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale learning experiences that build AI fluency and adoption of Microsoft Copilot.
Translate complex technology into practical, role-based training and support a global workforce.
Facilitate engaging learning sessions for teams, leaders, champions, and targeted personas.
Partner with technology, change management, comms, and HR stakeholders to align training with governance and readiness plans.
