Systems Technology Group, Inc. (STG) invites a Sr. Training and Development Designer to join our Dearborn, Michigan corporate office.

You will lead the creation of enterprise-wide training and change enablement for AI adoption, translating complex capabilities into actionable learning experiences for diverse audiences. You will design role-based curricula, develop reusable assets, and facilitate both virtual and in-person sessions to drive adoption and sustained behavioral change across regions

Title: Sr. Training and Development Designer

Experience Required:

• Develop enterprise-wide training & change enablement strategies that support large-scale AI adoption across regions, functions, roles, & levels of digital maturity.
• Design role-based learning curricula for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio concepts, & other approved AI tools, ensuring content is tailored to multiple audiences, business workflows, & stages of adoption journey.
• Create learning journeys that move employees from awareness to confidence, practical application, responsible use, & sustained behavior change.
• Identify audience-specific change impacts, adoption barriers, gaps, resistance points, & reinforcement needs; translate those insights into targeted learning & enablement plans.
• Facilitate virtual & in-person training sessions, workshops, office hours, & labs for broad employee audiences, leaders, champions, & targeted personas.
• Partner with technology, change management, comms, HR, security, & business stakeholders to align learning content with enterprise priorities, governance expectations, business readiness, & change plans.
• Translate technical AI capabilities, risks, & use cases into clear, accessible training materials for both technical & non-technical employees.
• Develop reusable enablement assets, including facilitator guides, job aids, quick tips, scenario libraries, prompts, exercises, knowledge articles, change toolkits, leader talking points, & trainer materials.
• Create engaging, informative, & polished video content that supports AI learning, reinforces key messages, & helps employees quickly understand & apply new tools & ways of working.
• Use data, feedback, adoption metrics, & learner insights to evaluate training effectiveness, measure behavior adoption, and improve curriculum, delivery methods, & learning outcomes.
• Support champion or peer-learning networks by equipping community members with the tools, content, facilitation support, & change messaging needed to scale learning & reinforce adoption across the enterprise.
