Ford Motor Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to design and improve digital experiences for Ford vehicle owners. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics, and Design partners to translate customer needs into accessible experiences.

You will contribute across the design process, from problem exploration to prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch improvement, taking ownership of well-scoped design work and continuing to develop your craft.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction design, product design, HCI, visual design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of UX, product, interaction, or digital design experience.
• A portfolio showing your process and contributions to digital experiences.
• Experience using a design/prototyping tool such as Figma.
• Knowledge of accessibility, usability, information architecture, and front-end concepts.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate ideas.
• Iterative design mindset and openness to feedback.

Aufgaben

• Design and refine Ford.com experiences that help Owners find vehicle information, understand features, access services, and stay connected with Ford.
• Translate customer problems and product requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Explore design options, communicate trade-offs, and incorporate feedback from customers and cross-functional partners.
• Create prototypes at the appropriate level of fidelity to test assumptions, gather feedback, and support design decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance customer value, business goals, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
• Use Ford’s design system and contribute to consistent, reusable patterns across Ford.com.
• Support design delivery and collaborate with engineering partners to clarify design intent and implementation details.
