Ford Motor Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to design and improve digital experiences for Ford vehicle owners. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics, and Design partners to turn customer needs into accessible experiences.

You will explore problems, develop concepts, prototype, validate, deliver, and iterate post-launch, while using AI tools to support ideation and prototyping under guidance on confidentiality and brand fit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, interaction design, product design, human-computer interaction, visual design, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Design and refine Ford.com experiences that help Owners find vehicle information, understand features, access services, and stay connected with Ford.
• Translate customer problems and product requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Explore design options, communicate trade-offs, and incorporate feedback from customers and cross-functional partners.
• Create prototypes at the appropriate level of fidelity to test assumptions, gather feedback, and support design decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance customer value, business goals, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
• Use Ford’s design system and contribute to consistent, reusable patterns across Ford.com.
• Support design delivery and collaborate with engineering partners to clarify design intent and implementation details.
