Ford Motor Company is seeking a User Experience Designer to shape digital experiences for Ford vehicle owners. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, Analytics, and Design to translate customer needs into accessible, high-quality interfaces.

You’ll guide design from problem discovery through prototyping, validation, delivery, and post-launch improvement, using Ford’s design system and AI-assisted tools with careful human review to ensure accuracy and brand fit.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio demonstrating your design process and contributions to digital experiences, including problem framing, exploring options, applying feedback, and delivering solutions.
• Experience using a design and prototyping tool such as Figma.
• Working knowledge of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and collaborate across disciplines.
• An iterative approach to feedback, learning, and changing requirements.

Aufgaben

• Design and refine Ford.com experiences that help Owners find vehicle information, understand features, access services, and stay connected.
• Translate customer problems and product requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Explore design options, communicate trade-offs, and incorporate feedback from customers and cross-functional partners.
• Create prototypes at appropriate fidelity to test assumptions and support design decisions.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to balance customer value, business goals, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
• Use Ford’s design system and contribute to consistent, reusable patterns across Ford.com.
• Support design delivery and collaborate with engineering partners to clarify design intent and implementation details.
